With extensive experience in Reverse Mortgages, VA/FHA loans and all traditional mortgages, I proudly serve clients in Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Georgia, Kansas, Nevada, New Mexico, Texas, Virginia, and Washington.

Growing up in Sacramento, California, I am a third-generation Realtor. My early years were spent in Santa Cruz, CA, before I moved to Newport Beach to complete my bachelor’s degree at UC Irvine. After six enriching years in banking at Arvest Bank in Bentonville, Arkansas, I returned to California following my mother's passing. This period allowed me to reconnect with the beautiful coastal areas of Santa Cruz, Encinitas, Carlsbad, and Coronado before relocating to Tucson, Arizona.

My journey in real estate began as a child, assisting my mother with open houses, buyer tours, and listing appointments—experiences that ignited my passion for the field. After graduating from UC Irvine in 1987, I explored various industries, including bartending/serving/supervising in various restaurants and clubs, fit-modeling, and stage/movie sectors, before diving into mortgage origination with Arvest Bank Group; one of Arkansas's largest banking groups. The challenges of the real estate market beckoned me back to the West Coast, where I further developed my expertise, combining my knowledge of both industries to better serve my clients.

In 2008, I shifted my focus entirely to the mortgage sector, specializing in Reverse Mortgages, including FHA HECM and Conventional Proprietary options up to +/- $4 million homes. My strong work ethic, instilled in me by my mother, drives my commitment to meeting my clients' needs. The impact of her dedication was profoundly felt during her funeral, where I was humbled to see the outpouring of love from friends, former co-workers, clients, and colleagues whose lives she had touched.

Joining Peoples Mortgage in 2014 has been a perfect fit, as our shared commitment to exceptional customer service aligns beautifully. Here, I have access to advanced programs and technology that enhance my ability to support my clients. While I am known for my strong work ethic, I cherish the time I spend with friends and family, whether attending sporting events, enjoying barbecues, going to the movies, or traveling.

I find joy in the great outdoors, whether it is a leisurely drive to wine country, riding my Vespa to the Desert Museum, or heading up Mt. Lemmon for fresh air and stunning views. I also actively volunteer with various community organizations, including the Lions Club, and Disabled American Veterans (DAV).
